Purpose

Research has demonstrated that the use of certain practices in criminal justice decision making can have a profound effect on reducing offender recidivism. One of these practices is the use of validated risk and needs assessment instruments to inform the decision-making process.

Learn Interview and Assessment Skills and case planning

Who should attend: Re-Entry Probation Officers (RPO), Pre-Release Case Managers (PRC), Case Managers (CM), or anyone working with female offenders.
